Peninsula recently serviced the AC in our house. We had a great experience from start to finish. The communications were excellent and the two engineers that attended were so professional as well as being exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Had a Daikin 8kw multi split system with 4 units installed in a townhouse with 3 bedrooms in September 2022 . Install went ahead as scheduled and the installation team problem solved really well on the day as our townhouse is tricky double brick without any cavities to work with. The team were finished in 1 day and cleaned up very well after themselves. We only had 2 very minor issues post install which was one of the units were connected incorrectly and the cover from our switch box went missing. Both issues were resolved promptly and without any fuss, and before we were even sent an invoice to pay for the installation. They took the time to explain how to use the units and operate the controller and understand all the different modes. We’ve run the units over summer most days and majority of the night times in the main bedroom to combat the humidity. Pleasantly surprised that our bill was only $500 for the whole of summer quarter (Dec to March) and have only needed to run the units on the low night time setting at 21 deg. Overall extremely satisfied and happy we chose Peninsular Air to do our install, would highly recommend them & their team.

These guys were great! They were so professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend them.I have a 7 month old baby and they were very considerate in working around his sleep schedule for working in his room and making noise. I also have 2 little dogs who have been known to wriggle free through a doorway and they were very conscious of making sure that the dogs stayed inside which was a great relief off my day. We had some trouble with the neighbours being difficult as well and they were very helpful with providing explanations and diagrams to strata.I couldn’t imagine going with any other company.

First-class experience….From the first phone contact to final installation this was a highly professional and pleasant experience. Arranging the initial consultation, presenting the options and finalising the choice through to arranging a pretty-quick installation date were all first-class. The installation went smoothly and the guys cleaned up after and made sure it was all working and connected to wifi/app. Thanks to Sako, Anne, Jay and Milan for great service. Definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you’re looking to cool your place down!

We purchased a reverse cycle Daikin system for our apartment. We would highly recommend Peninsula Air Conditioning. The pre-sales interaction was highly consultative, with Sako working with us closely on the solution. Other companies we considered did not consult heavily pre-sales. The installation team were very professional. The business is also very organised, providing the Proposal in a collaboration tool that allows you to provide comments and communicate throughout the process.

We are very happy with their services.Quote was done respectfully and quickly by a knowledgable technician. The company helped us by organise installation as soon as possible as they understood we need the aircon system installed to keep our newborn baby warm during this cold winter. I had a split system fitted replacing an old system from 10 years ago. , happy to come out a couple of times to review what we wanted done. Once we ticked the box with the 12 months interest free install was done within 48 hours although normally would be a couple of weeks. Guys were on time even though weather was shocking, install done efficiently and they even repaired damage done in the last install ( by another company) which was appreciated. Cleaned up and even mopped the floor. Def recommend to others.

We installed a ducted Daikin system with Penair in our previous place. After we moved we needed to replace the system and went straight back to Penair. The new Daikin system has been installed and we are very happy. The team installing were very polite, worked hard, and cleaned up everything when they left.
