These are the standard ceiling grilles that will be installed unless otherwise stated in your quote.
Ceilings / Walls. Choose between 1-6 slots; 1 or 2 slots are popular and can be made long i.e. 1150x150mm.
Great for walls / ceilings in open plan areas. With or without removable core; removable core comes with safety chain.
Various standard sizes but can also be manufactured to specific sizes and requirements. Can also be powder-coated to any colour in the Dulux powder coat range.
Prices on these grilles vary, some may be able to be included in the price of the quote, some may be at additional cost. Any extra costs will be advised upon selection of grille.
Sometimes it is not possible for these grilles to be ordered and delivered in time for your installation; in this instance temporary grilles would be installed until the ordered grilles arrive.
Ceiling / Wall / Floor With or without removable core. This is the most popular choice and is very versatile. Various standard sizes but can also be manufactured to specific sizes and requirements. Can also be powder coated to any colour in the Dulux powder coat range.
Cardboard filters are used when a filter is required on the fancoil unit or when a filter box is required. Cardboard filters come in various sizes and we offer 2 different types.
Standard Pleated Filter (Green) – general air conditioning use.
AP Eleven Filter (White) – Better filtration with finer media blend – great for Asthma suffers.
Sheet metal.
These are generally used for gas heating installations, and specifically where a return air is going to be located in a cupboard or under the stairs.
White powder coated aluminium with or without filter.
Can be used in various situation but generally would be used if the return air is located in a cupboard or under the stairs. A Half Chevron Door grille would then also be installed in the cupboard door or wall of under the stairs. It can come with or without a filter.
White powder coated aluminium with filter.
These are used for ceiling and walls too but come in many different sizes and are used when a purtech return air grille would not suit your requirements.
The filter has an aluminium frame with filter cloth/media; this can be washed but may need replacing at a later date.
Natural anodised aluminium with or without filter – can be powder-coated to any colour from the Dulux power coat range.
These grilles are specifically for floors and are reinforced so they can be walked on. They are custom made to suit and are typically used for either air conditioning or gas heating systems installed under the floor.
The optional filter has an aluminium frame with filter cloth/media; this can be washed but may need replacing at a later date.
Plastic with plastic filter.
Can be used in ceilings or walls and although being slightly more expensive than conventional ‘egg crate’ types, are significantly quieter and have filters which are plastic and last much longer. These come in 3 different sizes:

1200mm x 600mm
These are predominantly used in construction projects where there is ultimate flexibility for the client. Shown below are a few samples of what can be done.
This is a standard aluminium bar grille. It can come as natural anodised or white powder coated as standard. Standard sizes are 400x150mm or 400x100mm.
These can be made from plastic or aluminium. Aluminium can be natural anodised or white powder coated as standard. Both the horizontal and vertical vanes can be adjusted to best suit the required air flow for each individual room.
