– Condition of Item: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
– Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
– Items that have been damaged after delivery.
– Items that are not in their original condition, are used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
3. Refund Process
– Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
– Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
– Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
– Returns: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Shipping Errors: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
